Lite is ad-supported.

What is QuiVend Cloud and what does it cost?

QuiVend Cloud is an optional subscription that includes everything in Pro and adds the online layer: a QuiVend account, cloud backup of your whole booth, sync across your devices, real-time sync, and Companion Mode. It is $3.99 per month or $29.99 per year, and the yearly plan saves you about four months compared with monthly. Prices vary by region.

Is QuiVend Cloud a subscription?

Yes. It renews automatically each month or each year until you cancel. You cancel through your app store, Google Play or the App Store, and your access runs to the end of the period you already paid for. Deleting the app does not cancel it.

What happens if I stop paying for QuiVend Cloud?

Accepted Answer

Nothing on your device is deleted, and the app keeps working offline within your tier. The online features pause, and your cloud data is kept for 90 days in case you resubscribe, then removed. Your booth on your phone stays right where it is.

What is Companion Mode, and do companions pay?

Companion Mode lets you hand a companion a passkey so their phone becomes a register for your booth, with your stock, prices, and look. Every sale lands in your records tagged by who sold it. Companions join free, up to two at once, and they never see your costs or profits. It is part of QuiVend Cloud.

Do I need an account?

Not for QuiVend Lite or QuiVend Pro. They work without an account, and your data lives on your device with backup files you control. Only QuiVend Cloud uses an account, so it can back up and sync your booth and run Companion Mode.

Does QuiVend work offline?

Yes, on every tier. Core selling, inventory tracking, and event reporting work offline, so you can keep selling when venue Wi-Fi is terrible. QuiVend Cloud keeps this Offline Guarantee too: sell offline all weekend and sync catches up once you are back online.

Yes. Every tier has a booth-friendly dark mode, and QuiVend Pro and QuiVend Cloud let you dress the whole app in your own colors, logo, and wallpaper. With QuiVend Cloud, that look also rides along to companion phones, so their register matches your booth.

No. QuiVend tracks the sale, but payment happens outside the app through cash, card reader, bank transfer, QR payment, or whatever you already use.
