    Bring in products from CSV or Excel, or prepare your catalog on the desktop Inventory Builder and import it into the app.

  • Sell with quick taps

    Add products and bundles to a cart, apply discounts, show your payment QR code, and mark the order as sold.

  • Scan barcodes at the booth

    Arm the shutter and scan items into a tray, then add the whole tray to the cart in one go. Single scans help with restocking and lookups too. A QuiVend Pro feature.

  • Sell sizes and colors right

    Give a product up to two option types, like Size and Color, each with its own stock, price, and barcode. Variants work in bundles, reports, and the scanner. A QuiVend Pro feature.

  • Sell any day, event or not

    No event today? Sell anyway. QuiVend files casual sales into a tidy monthly bucket so your event reports stay clean.

  • Track bundles properly

    Saved bundles and custom bundle deals still update the actual products that left your stock. Saved bundles can even carry their own scannable code.
